Beyond the Dash | Alien:The Other
DoorDash partners daily with gig delivery workers called Dashers. And 1 out of 5 Dashers use the DoorDash platform not just as a mode of income, but as a way to help them fund their dreams. For these individuals, dashing isn’t their true passion, but a means to an end — something they do on the side that allows them to go all-in on the things they love. To celebrate our dashers’ passions, we created Beyond the Dash – an initiative to to help accelerate the dreams of Dashers and give them access to resources that would otherwise be out of reach.
”Alien:The Other” is a short film written by dasher Özgür Seyben brought to life thanks to Beyond the Dash – and his story used to reach potential dashers to join the platform.
